ABOUT / THIS PIECE
Headline is a custom typeface used for cardstock and felt stickers, as well as an acrylic stamp set. It was also created into a functioning font using Fontographer and then used in words on other scrapbooking products. The goal was to create a bold face for titling usage that had some whimsical character.

Scripty is a custom typeface originally created for epoxy stickers and later made into an acrylic stamp set. The desired look was a feminine, cursive-style handwriting with lots of calligraphic thicks and thins.

ABOUT / THIS PIECE
The Design Center is a unique gift shop in The Heights area of Little Rock, Arkansas. They sell everything from work by local artists to colorful stationery to clogs to wine glasses. The common denominator is always creativity, which reminded me of that pure creative energy contained in a scribble. The scribble became the company’s logo as well as the inspiration for other pieces.
