Promoted from Associate to Junior Art Director and later moved to the design department where responsibilities encompassed concept, design, layout and print production of logos, brochures, newsletters, annual reports and packaging. Additional duties included art directing photo shoots, photo retouching and mentoring other art directors with print production and software skills.
